The work of the Orma Group srl, established in 2006 in Grottazzolina (AP), comes from afar, from thirty years of experience in the field of gastronomical meat-based products. In fact, the Orma Group has purchased the brands “BACALINI i cotti delle Marche”, ”Marchigianella”, ”Cascina Marchigiana”, with the intention of improving the business in the gastronomical and food sector. Over a brief time it has confirmed the success of its own brands acquiring increasing consent from the main chains of the regional and national G.D.O. (Large distributors). It operates inside a very modern building with the EEC seal of approval and it has known how to combine typical artisan expertise with expectations and industrial demands. The top gastronomical product, making the “Orma Group” a market leader, is the “Chicken Galantine” a real delight for the palate and a typically traditional dish of the Marche. With its numerous variations it is ever more the reference point for “light” nutrition appropriate for the pace of modern life, but that can be appreciated for its taste and olden day aromas. The “Orma Group” has progressively expanded its production and other preparations of white and red meats amongst which “Tacchino in porchetta” (Roast turkey with herbs), Duck with truffles, Roast turkey breast, the delicious leg, the roasted ham, the delicious thigh pieces stand out as well as other gastronomical preparations packaging them in various sizes depending on the various needs of the market. These are some of the gastronomical proposals from a history of food rich in ingredients and unique dishes. One thing will remain unaltered from the beginning, the method of inimitable processing and deliberately hand-crafted methods, a real guarantee of quality that distinguishes our products. Preserving this know-how is the real challenge that the Orma Group has accepted for the third millennium in order to avoid the unrelenting homologation of taste.
