Since 1956 and three generations later, we have continued to respond to the needs of the national and international market, mainly the Italian market, by producing a unique anchovy from Cantabria.

We are an Anchovy Company from Colindres (Cantabria) and we produce Cantabrian Anchovy, a unique product. All of our Cantabrian anchovies are produced by hand, following family tradition.
