Brio Gluten-Free Bakery is a small artisan workshop on the outskirts of Verona. It has been producing delicious gluten-free and lactose-free biscuits since 2014.
Panettoni, Colombe and other leavened products have been added to the dry pastry good for everyday breakfast. In 2023, Brio was taken over by Luca Guberti’s LGSoluzioni SRL. This new company increased the workforce, the commercial and logistics structure and implemented the offer with a line of gluten-free and lactose-free ice pastries rich in dessert cakes, mini pastries, and other delicious treats for everybody.
