Almost by chance, in the first months of 2012, a series of pleasant ones coincidences convinced Carlo Dall'Ava to undertake a new journey into the world of baked goods. Curiosity, the desire to safeguard a historic "bakery" and the meeting with one of the best pastry chefs in the area, they made sure the work started with a few clear goals: to give an international breathe to the traditional sweets of the Natisone Valleys. We also produce biscuits, panettone, colombe and grissini. If you happen to visit the Natisone Valleys, in the province of Udine, you will understand how easy it can be to fall in love with a place like this: the colors, the scents, the cultural diversities contribute to create the charm of a place that is far from everything and in time itself in the center of Europe. The Natisone river flows slowly and the pure color of the water takes on green, blue, turquoise tones: this is the color we have chosen to give our products an identity.
