I began my entrepreneurial adventure in the 1980s, in the world of spirits, with the aim of offering high quality products while maintaining the roots of the tradition of my land, Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Later, my passion for chocolate led to the production of the first Grappa Pralines.
So I decided to turn my love of chocolate into a profession that fascinates me and allows me to continue the ancient craft and culinary tradition of San Daniele del Friuli.
Every day, with our own hands and the use of the highest quality raw materials, we create pralines, chocolate bars, spreads, mendiants, orangettes... Research is the basis of our work. We follow the continuous evolution of taste trends and customer needs.
