HOME GROWN
Cascina Morosina Farm was founded in 1600 as one of the first settlements in the alluvial plain of the Ticino river. Its history has always been linked to work and agricultural tradition.
This bond is now being carried forward with a new ambitious project: the production of a "zero centimeter" agricultural beer.
On our land irrigated by the spring waters of the San Carlo fountain we grow barley and wheat, which are malted in the company malt factory. Together with water, hops with their characteristic herbaceous aroma, of which the company is still one of the few producers in Italy, and yeast are the only ingredients of our La Morosina and Ticinensis agricultural beers.
