In the middle of the hills of  Le Marche, a newly-established organic farm is cultivating produce with rich and unique flavours, applying the ancient knowledge of nature and the land. All of this produce is destined for their own brewery. Ancient grains and spices characterise their barley beer and the pink apples of the Sibillini mountains give life to their unique cider and apple cider vinegar.
