“La Baita & Galleano” is located 700 metres above sea level in the Ligurian hinterland. There, where the mountains still allow you to see the sea.
We work is based in a single supply chain, this means that we cultivate, transform and produce all the product within our farm. Everything in a natural way, meaning that we do not use pesticides, the fields and land is watered with spring water from the mountain of Gazzo d' Arroscia. 
“La Baita & Galleano” is situated in a small hamlet of 48 inhabitants surrounded by fields, meadows and forest. The traffic is almost zero. This oasis of nature therefore allows us a very easy natural cultivation.
