We always start from the tastes of tradition, but we aim to evolve constantly. For this reason, over the years we have modernized our production facilities.
Since 2018, after numerous analyses and evaluations, we have developed a new processing technology and a new fresh pasta production process that has improved all its characteristics: from appearance to shape, from smell to taste. All this, without the use of additional preservatives and ensuring health and hygiene safety throughout the storage period.
In addition, we also have a new generation pasteurizer; in addition to a lower environmental impact, this tool guarantees us a greater control of the parameters of heat treatments in production processes. The result is a better quality of the product from every point of view.
