Among the new entries at the fifteenth edition of Taste, we find Vetrina Toscana, the project with which the Tuscany Region aims to promote the agri-food and tourism sector
From the use of local and organic products to the short supply chain, seasonal cycles, respecting the identity of the territory, circular cuisine, and plastic-free practices: a sustainable and modern approach with ancient roots. Vetrina Toscana was also the protagonist of the FuoriDiTaste event dedicated to Tuscan breweries at the Manifattura Tabacchi.
We hope that Vetrina Toscana's participation in Taste will be the beginning of a fruitful collaboration between Pitti and Toscana Promozione Turistica in the field of events dedicated to food, with the common goal of enhancing the Tuscan territory through all the operators who offer food and wine experiences to our guests, building innovative and sustainable tourism products
