Among the new entries at the fifteenth edition of Taste, we find Vetrina Toscana, the project with which the Tuscany Region aims to promote the agri-food and tourism sector.
From the use of local and organic products to the short supply chain, seasonal cycles, respecting the identity of the territory, circular cuisine, and plastic-free practices: a sustainable and modern approach with ancient roots. Vetrina Toscana was also the protagonist of the FuoriDiTaste event dedicated to Tuscan breweries at the Manifattura Tabacchi.
