The Principato di Lucedio Farm has a history spanning almost nine centuries and occupies an area of 500 hectares within a Regional Park, it was the first place in Italy where rice has been cultivated. Moreover we cultivate the more appreciated and selected varieties of rice: Carnaroli, Arborio, Vialone Nano.
Principato di Lucedio proposes also other rice varieties: Black Venere, Red Ermes, Whole, Roma Bio rice from organic cultivation and Selenio, an Italian variety for sushi.
We also have a line of 12 quick risotti mixed with dehydrated vegetables.
Among our specialities you will also find: pasta and biscuits made of rice flour, cereals, legumes and different kind of flours.
