Since 1850, at La Tenuta Bianca we are firmly convinced that success is always the result of teamwork, and that is why the whole team is committed with dedication and desire to innovate in the creation of award-winning buffalo cheeses: from Giovanni Di Masi, descendant of a long tradition of breeders; to Salvatore Di Masi, agronomist specializing in animal husbandry and national cheese expert; to Annalisa Di Masi, expert in marketing strategies, passing through every single member of the production team and arriving at the sales staff, La Tenuta Bianca team works hard to guarantee animal welfare, uniqueness and quality of the products.
The passion, dedication and love for these beautiful animals, combined with the tradition of Di Masi breeders handed down for generations, have allowed La Tenuta Bianca to proudly establish itself among the TOP 4 STABLES OF ITALY.
And it’s thanks to these experiences and after years of research that the dairy and cheese shop was born in 2017.
Tenuta Bianca, already awarded at the Italian Cheese Awards®, uses exclusively the milk of its own production for the realization, always artisanal, of the famous buffalo milk mozzarella and the production of fresh and aged cheeses, all made with the excellent La Tenuta Bianca’s buffalo milk.
Our supply chain carefully follows the entire production process: from the cultivation and production of fodder to the product to be served on all tables in Italy and 'Europe, thanks to retail and shipping, and for this reason our production chain can be defined as "0 meter".
La Tenuta Bianca is an entrepreneurial reality that finds its realization in excellence: mozzarella, aged cheeses, yogurt, the new line of buffalo meat and sausages (and extra virgin olive oil obtained from our thousand olive trees) are the result of tradition combined with innovation.
