The Grigio del Casentino is a semi free range pig bred in its natural environment, in the Casentino valley. As a result of crossing Large White with Cinta Senese pigs, it has an excellent nutritional balance and a meat rich in healthy fats and incomparable taste.
We have decided to cure our meat exactly the way we would like to eat it, as our farmers used to in the countryside. We firmly believe that meat consumption should be sustainable and healthy, for man and the environment.

We have an extensive and short production line. Our animals grow in peace, between pastures and woods, for as long as it takes, hassle-free and without any forcing. Most of the time, they feed on what nature has to offer them. That’s how their meat, especially their fat, takes on unique flavours: the genuine taste of pig meat as it used to be.
