The answer can be summed up in one word: love. Unconditional love for a territory, for its history and for its agricultural and gastronomic culture. The love of those who have invested all their enthusiasm and skills for more than 30 years to create products that can fully reflect the goodness and genuineness of the flavors that have been handed down for centuries.
It is in a small strip of land that overlooks the pristine beaches of the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve that the cultivations of tomato fiaschetto and olives follow their natural course, giving us year after year of the fruits that collect all the essence of a red earth. like the passion of the hands that, day after day, have made it possible to come back to life.
The main goal of Calemone has always been to preserve traditions and techniques of cultivation and preparation of its products, to create masterpieces of taste made with ancient methods handed down (fortunately) to the present day.

At every stage of production there was an exhausting search for perfection that led to finally seeing the fruits of their work branded with the precious Slow Food brand and a source of pride; even more so if there are two products, the “Oro del Parco” extra virgin olive oil and the Fiaschetto of Torre Guaceto tomato.
A source of pride for those who have always wanted to build their company following the principles of agroecology, respecting the landscapes and their biodiversity.
