Company Profile
We produce both Alpine Pasture Castelmagno and the winter one, the highest hamlet in the municipality of Castelmagno. Our cheese matures silently in tuff caves for up to seven years. We cultivate and produce Organic Genepy which we serve together with our cheese and which can be tasted in our inn while admiring the panorama of the Chiappi basin while listening to the bees that produce our precious Rhododendron honey.
