Entry is through Porta Santa Maria Novella. The registration desk is located right inside the Padiglione delle Ghiaia, which also hosts the Taste Arena – where Davide Paolini’s Rings and all other talks will take place – as well as the area dedicated to Filippo – Ristorante a Pietrasanta, featuring its renowned dishes from Versilia.

The TASTE TOUR among the exhibiting companies, an authentic journey into the gastronomic excellence showcased at the fair, will once again be hosted in the Central Pavilion (Top Floor and Ground Floor) and in the Padiglione Cavaniglia (which also hosts the TASTE SPIRITS section).

Finally, near the Padiglione delle Ghiaia, visitors will have access to the Area Monumentale, home to the special projects of this edition: “Heroic Wines from Extreme Lands” and the initiatives by Coldiretti Toscana, the Tuscan IGP Olive Oil Consortium, and Unaprol.
