Umami is a company located between the Langhe and Roero (Piedmont) specialized in the production of premium quality italian black garlic and Italian black shallot, made with traditional methods and high quality Italian raw materials. Research and study have led the company to specialize in the natural transformation of foods.
Great attention is paid to the research and treatment of certified Italian raw materials, processed in our laboratory with great skill: Umami black garlic is made using only and exclusively Polesano PDO garlic matured at controlled temperature and humidity for over 40 days.
Our black garlic is available in the "UMAMI GOURMET" line dedicated to gourmet stores, delicatessens and in the "ITALIAN BLACK GARLIC" line for fruit and vegetables, large-scale retail trade and wholesale. Added to this line is the new "Private Label" line, dedicated to satisfying the customer's needs with a "tailor made" proposal.
Among the Umami products you absolutely must try the Black garlic cream, the gourmet sauces such as Black garlic Ketchup and Black garlic Hummus; The GOURMET FRUIT VINEGAR Line is also incredible, with Umami tomato vinegar, fruity and with a confit tomato aftertaste, made exclusively from tomato juice without the addition of alcohol or wine vinegar.
