Craftsmanship and Raw Materials: Here's Where the Difference Lies!
Water is at home, the flours are the best available, the slow fermentation of the sourdough, the mined salt, the work, the night hours spent baking, and the bread is ready.
The values to be inspired by have been set for a long time.
The best butter, sugar, eggs, hard work, and great passion.
With patience and curiosity, Silvano Stella searches for ingredients that give a special aroma to his recipes, from Bronte pistachios to Noto almonds, from Normandy butter to fresh milk from mountain cows.
The eggs come from farms that practice sustainable agriculture, arriving fresh three times a week and are hand-cracked.
The cane sugar is certified organic, as are the flours.
When the flour arrives, we let it rest in special steel containers for at least a month, making the aromas more pronounced!
The extra virgin olive oil we use for our preparations is carefully selected and produced in Sicily.
We use ONLY natural flavors: vanilla beans and essential oils.
Chemical flavors and preservatives, so widely used by the confectionery industry, are FORBIDDEN at Stella!
In our cookies, you will find no colorings or preservatives: these are NON-NEGOTIABLE choices!
