SIMPOSIO GASTRONOMIA STORICA SERMONETANA® brings to light recipes and raw materials related to the Pontine territory and to the tradition of the city of Sermoneta, cooking and conservation methods used since the Middle Ages by the Templar monks, which are revived by the company "Sticon Food srl" through the production of niche products, promoted nationally and internationally as excellence of the territory and of Made in Italy in the field of catering and food & beverage.
The products of Simposio are proposed within the menus of the two restaurants "Il Giardino del Simposio" and "Il Simposio al corso" sites in Sermoneta, representing much more than simple products, but a real kitchen system, where each of them can be used individually to enhance dishes of all kinds or combined to create exclusive recipes.
Among the flagship products of SIMPOSIO GASTRONOMIA STORICA SERMONETANA® there is the TROMBOLOTTO®, autochthonous lemon Sermonetano, scientific name "Citrus Limon Cajetani" and the BALSAMIC SOUR CHERRY, to be used as condiments for meat dishes, fish, vegetables and bread.
