Sciara is a dynamic reality, founded by three young Sicilian guys, that since 2011, in a continuous growth, has now become a real point of reference for all lovers of Pistachio and typical Sicilian products.
Sciara takes its name from the Sicilian lava soil, called "sciara" in the local dialect, that offers breathtaking landscapes and excellent products.
The Sciara logo, then, takes inspiration from the shape of Etna volcano, the “Muntagna” as it’s called in Sicily, that often frightens, but that is basically the good giant of Sicily.
Sciara is based in Bronte, in Catania province, between the Etna Park and the Nebrodi Park.
In Bronte you can find a unique land of its kind, a gift by the nearby volcano, that so arid and inaccessible “sciara” on which, however, the best quality Pistachio on the world markets is produced.
Sciara offers its customers all the taste of Pistachio, delicious derivative products such as spreads and pesto, together with various types of dried fruit.
