Company Profile
Royal Food Caviar offers various varieties of exquisite Italian caviar.
It is the result of over 30 years of sturgeon farming expertise, artisanal processing, and a complete-cycle production.
More than 300,000 species of sturgeons indigenous to the Caspian Sea, in addition to the native sturgeon, are raised within the 4.0 Acipenser farm in the province of Brescia, in Calvisano.
The entire system is a complete cycle: the sturgeons are born and live their entire lives on this farm, from reproduction to the larval stage, to mature females. Royal Food Caviar respects environmental sustainability and the well-being of the sturgeon, especially since it is an endangered species. These are two fundamental values of the company.
All the varieties offered are processed with minimal salting to obtain a natural, multivitamin-rich caviar that is abundant in proteins and low in calories. Both pure sturgeon species and crosses are used enabling the intrinsic characteristics of the individual parent species to be enhanced.
Only one label is offered for each sturgeon species, naturally the best selection in the production.
From the prized Beluga caviar to Oscietra caviar, from Siberian to pasteurized caviar that is ideal for culinary use, which includes expertly crafted species crosses and a limited edition resulting from second ovulations. Persistence, intensity, grain, and texture: these are various characteristics across different high-quality caviar types to meet the preferences of every palate.
