We have elevated the legumes of Tenuta Tre Marie to protagonists of fine artisanal patisserie. With the Dolcenondolce® line, we challenge conventions to create products that combine an extraordinary nutritional profile with complex flavor intensity.

Crunchy wafers made from 100% lentil flour and very little sugar.

Soft-centered treats made from 100% chickpea flour, almonds, and zero lactose.

Made with 100% lentil flour, dark chocolate, and Maldon salt.
