Now, after having achieved excellence in mushroom preparation and conservation, it has added a number of other specialities that have led to the creation of a new brand: Piemont Food.
So while true delicacies such as those in the ‘i Delicati’ range continue to garner success under the Piemont Fungo brand, new topquality specialities – from appetizers to sauces – are now appearing on Italian dinner tables under the new brand name of Piemont Food.
