Company Profile
Our company is a little and artisanal dairy located in Italy / Piemonte just a few kilometers from Turin. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, here we can express with our work the values we believe in: for us, the product cannot be defined as "ours" if it does not express all this. We are committed to obtaining products that are not only of high quality in terms of flavor, nutritional capacity and healthiness, but that we like to define as “good in all”. We like to create cheeses that reflect the essence of the territory, with fresh and local milk, processed according to traditions that respect natural cycles. The decision to work with zero-kilometer milk, coming from livestock raised in the open air, is a testament to the factory commitment to sustainability and quality. Each cheese is a tribute to the land, its rhythms, and the simple but fundamental values often overlooked in modern frenzy.
Caseificio PaJe is not just a place of production but a symbol of a life philosophy that favors genuineness and health, offering products that are the result of meticulous care and a passion shared among the producers and local communities.

We make cheeses, ricotta and milk products (yogurt, kefir, panna cotta) from cow, goat and sheep local milk. Thanks to the QR code printed on the label, everyone can access all of the information on the dairy, on the product and data related to the production lot. The QR code stands for an increased security protection for customers and for our dairy too allowing us to view the authenticity of our production and our transparency policy
The range of our dairy includes different items, texture and ages in order to meet all needs and, why not, to suit all tastes. . For animal welfare and in order to share our products with those who prefer a vegetarian diet, we make cheese using only vegetable rennet obtained from thistle ( Cinara Cardunculus). Finally our entire production is Organic Certified.
