Melly’s Kombucha is a Piedmont-based company producing artisanal kombucha, born from the meeting of two gastronoms at university, united by a shared passion for fermentation and the desire to create a new idea within the no/lo beverage landscape.
Our project was created with the aim of offering a kombucha that stands out for quality, balance, and identity.
Our production base is located in Piedmont, where we use carefully selected organic ingredients. Our core ingredients are high-quality teas and organic, Italian, seasonal fruit, cold-extracted to preserve authentic and natural aromas. The uniqueness of our kombucha lies in the pursuit of balance: balance between acidity and sweetness, between aromatic intensity and drinkability, between character and lightness. The natural carbonation is fine and energising, never overpowering, designed to enhance flavour and make every sip harmonious.
The result is a healthy, contemporary kombucha, ideal as a high-quality non-alcoholic alternative or as a beverage to pair with food.
