Marificio is a start up created in Ischia in 2019, is a laboratory of culinary ideas that take shape and life from the most precious and sought-after fish of our sea. A line of unique and original fish products born from the immense devotion to the highest quality raw material from waters incredibly rich in biodiversity. A new narrative that has excellent fish as its protagonist with its innumerable nuances of taste, here emphasized and enhanced by the creative flair of a starred chef who is first and foremost an artisan of the sea.
Marificio has its beating heart on the island of Ischia. Conceived by Pasquale Palamaro, starred chef of the "Indaco" restaurant, the project is developed in synergy with the company Futur Pesca, specialized in the wholesale of fresh and frozen fish products, with the Institute of Food Sciences of Avellino and with the support of L'Albergo della Regina Isabella.
