In the wide panorama of the San Daniele del Friuli ham factories, LA GLACERE claims the advantage of being located in the middle of the hill on which the Friulian town stands, and of being able to enjoy the sparkling and dry ventilation, which from the north descends along the Tagliamento and the one rich in brackish and humidity, which comes from the marine areas of the Lower Friuli.
This combination allows LA GLACERE to present a product with the classic characteristics of Sandaniele, a dry, artisanal and fragrant raw ham.
A natural product, free of additives and preservatives, made only with Italian pork and sea salt, which is aimed at retail consumption, the most varied gastronomies and the most demanding catering.
