In the heart of Apulia, where Valle d'Itria begins, you can find the farm IL CARRO. Born from the passion for nature, animals and agriculture traditional activities of our Region, the farm has been born with the intention of becoming a real "teaching farm", with the aim of realizing a project of "short supply chain" where the consumer can come into direct contact with the producer.
The structure of our farm has been composed by zootechnical zone, milk processing and cheese seasoning factory, and spacious, bright shop where you can buy and taste our products.
