A historic company that has belonged to the same family since 1428. We grow now grapes for Chianti Classico DOCG wine and olives for Chianti Classico DOP extra virgin olive oil and we have always been a point of reference for the local community: many members of local families have worked for the company, always remaining linked by  a mutual friendship and collaboration.
We have 2500 olive trees immersed in the Tuscan hills around Florence in an area suited to the best quality given the draining soil, exposure to the sun, breezes and an altitude of 180-200 metres.
The plants are carefully tended throughout the year through conscious pruning to obtain constant production each year. The timely harvesting on the plant of the fruit ready for pressing and delivery to the oil mill for immediate processing in the absence of oxygen are carried out with the utmost care so as not to compromise quality. Storage in steel drums under inert gas keeps the product fresh for well over 18 months.
The result is optimal oil that has been awarded for 4 years now by the best national and international competitions as an oil of excellence balanced by: AIRO; JOOP JAPAN; as BEST DOP OIL OF ITALY by Gambero Rosso and at the top of the guides of BIBENDA, FLOS OLEI and others.
We are also recognised by international chefs known in several countries who promote our product abroad.
The elegant label, designed by the famous photographer Oliviero Toscani, represents well what the lover of Italy' may like: art, culture, history, cultivated land and, in the background, Florence, elements that can be a hedonistic plus on the table of your customers and friends. Our regular customer is a connoisseur of Italy, quality, healthy food who wants to enhance the flavours of the food on the table.
In our land, despite the fact that it is very stony, with little soil, and very arid in summer, vineyards and olive groves grow, bearing fruit of the highest quality.
We producers, more than fortunate, feel the weight and responsibility of maintaining the quality of nature and the landscape known throughout the world as one of the most beautiful in the world, and we are committed to using only natural pesticides and to passing these values on to the next generations.
