Petramarè was born in Ruffano, a village in the heart of Salento in the furthest edge of the Province of Puglia, that has always been a land of fields of gilded wheat spikes and the cradle/origin of the best Italian bakery tradition. A place open to cultures that historically have found the origin of taste in biodiversity and in the significance of farming world’s resources.
A strong bond with the territory, cultivated with respect, perseverance and passion, in which the expertise of many professionals and the skill of local master bakers -the last guardians of ancient bread-making techniques- have contributed to the creation of healthy and highly innovative baked goods.
