Massimiliano Prete Lab is an artisanal laboratory for premium leavened products, founded in Saluzzo (Cuneo) by Massimiliano Prete, master leavener and founder of Sestogusto, through his passion and research. The laboratory combines tradition, art, and experimentation, three essential ingredients in the creation of seasonal baked goods (panettoni, colomba, and pandoro) and everyday leavened products (bread and pizza bases). The Lab is the ultimate expression of the patience, precision, and poetry that characterizes all of Prete's work.
