The "indispensable" line of the social agricultural cooperative Eccellenze Nolane was born in 2015 thanks to Giovanni Trinchese's dream: to bring to the table the ancient traditional flavors that had been lost over time thanks to the recovery of ancient seeds. This dream is reality today. The indispensable line brings true traditional flavors to the table thanks to the use of organic cultivation and the redevelopment of the Campania region. The agricultural company was born on the slopes of Vesuvius, in Campania and deals with the production of ancient traditional varieties, all organic such as: preserved tomatoes, pickled vegetables, ready-made sauces, jams and marmalades. The three flagship products, as in addition to being organic they are also part of the Slow Food Presidium, are: Neapolitan torzella riccia, ancient Naples tomatoes and Neapolitan papaccella.
