This journey began two centuries ago, when maize began to spread in the picturesque area of the Dolomites, giving birth to the first products that we now celebrate with the eloquent name of “Storie di Mais”. These represent the synthesis of a past rich in values, now reinterpreted in a modern key with the same passion, dedication of the past
