The Alpine Herbal Distillery has been producing liqueurs and spirits typical of Piedmont since 1977. The production has its roots in the experience of the founding members, the whose families produced liqueurs already at the beginning of the last century. A collection of stills and copper tools used for production is still visible in our distillery on the outskirts of Susa. Over the decades we have passed from Sassolino and Grigioverde Gianduiotto and Bombardino, preserving and making always more natural is the production of other historical liqueurs such as Genepy, Arquebuse or Herbal Bitters, and using our Oak Barriques to refine the liqueurs. Since the 80s the production of aged Piedmontese Monovitigno Grappas began, aged in our cellars in oak barrels, and proposed in bottles whose transparency can enhance the colors and reflections. Currently our production includes: Single-varietal Grappas Aged or young barricades Genepy and herbal liqueurs Chocolate liqueurs and Bombardino Traditional liqueurs
