DiBALDO is the forma mentis of the perfumer Baldo Baldinini:
"Essenze" living in a reality beyond time, in the Alchemy of scents and nature, to create spirits and soft drinks able to tell stories and improve the tasting.
The aromatic depth is the Essenze’s main trait. As for a perfume, we talk about top, heart and base notes unravelling during the tasting: that’s why we talk about perfume to wear on the palate, because of the strong perfumery background of every Essenza. An intensity granting aromatic persistence in every kind of situation, both in purity than in mixology, when the Essenze are blended following the own personal imagination and creativity.
This dynamic amplifies the aromatic landscape of each bottle and opens up to new horizons for the mixology. The Essenze’s aromatic strentgh, also, makes possible the use of less alcohol when mixing, to promote its consumption in a contained and responsible way.
