An Italian region exalting colours and traditions, bathed by two seas, a cradle of ancient civilizations and a melting pot of cultures. Apulia is rich in fascinating landscapes and unspoilt nature; and it is here that the history of De Carlo products was born, among the centuries-old family-owned olive trees, the dry walls, the typical scarlet-red colored land, the Mediterranean climate. The De Carlo Farm, located in Apulia in Bitritto, a small town 10 km far from Bari, has 130 hectares and almost 28.000 olive trees and vegetables for the production of our preserves in extra-virgin olive oil. We grow our vegetables directly in our fields, under the olive trees, respecting the seasonality of each different vegetable and we process them within few hours of harvesting in our workshop. All the vegetables are preserved in our extra virgin olive oil, thus guaranteeing a 100% Apulian product.
