Coldiretti Toscana, the Consortium of Toscano IGP Olive Oil and Unaprol return together to Taste, hosted in an outstanding and even larger space than in the previous edition: the Hall and the Arched Corridor of the Monumental Area.
The Consortium of Toscano IGP Olive Oil, which brings together more than 8,000 olive growers, will offer oil-focused masterclasses: guided sensory analysis sessions designed to help participants recognise the characteristics of a high-quality olive oil.
On Saturday, 7 February, for the third consecutive year, Unaprol – with the scientific support of the Evooschool Foundation – will host the final session of the course leading to the “Certificate of Physiological Aptitude for Tasting Virgin Olive Oils.”
The programme is completed by showcookings, presentations and meetings scheduled throughout the three days of the event.
