We select the best cocoa beans directly from small producers so that we can choose the rarest raw material, with characteristics different from standard cocoa beans.
We roast the beans maniacally, stone refining at low temperatures.
We use only 2 ingredients: cocoa beans and sugar, because we want to amaze you. To show you that just with only two ingredients the sensory differences between our chocolates are recognizable by everyone.
