On the slopes of Monte Cervati, in the pleasant village of Sanza in the province of Salerno, we work with passion and dedication high quality raw milk from local stables. We are the Confuorto family: Father Michele, Sabino and I, Antonella. We have been dairymen for three generations and the philosophy of our young dairyman Sabino is: "if you don't have passion and you don't put commitment, the milk is only a white liquid". And we have artfully transformed "the white liquid" into "taste and flavour". Every single request and need of our customers in Italy and abroad is satisfied with the utmost care. We transform the pasta filata into our dairy products and skillfully form our caciocavallo in our small company with the help of about twenty employees. What distinguishes us? Our natural smoking process with oat straw. Our products ranges from the simplicity of the fior di latte to the refined smoked butter used in the best restaurants. We are committed to constantly experimenting with new flavours and aromas, but always attentive to traditions.
