We are Claudio, Anna and Mirella.
Our family farm is located in Palomonte, in the province of Salerno and covers an area of about 9 hectares.
We are passionate about traditional agriculture and we make it respecting the environment and the biodiversity of our places.
For this reason, we have recuperated autochthone cultures such as broccoli 'spiert’ ( wild broccoli) and we decided to cultivate them in the traditional way in our open fields.
It means that the plants are exposed to the strength and the action of natural agents such as wind, sun and rain.
We respect the seasonality of the crops and we make everything by hand: from planting to harvesting, the transformation from fresh, in our own laboratory located close to the fields.
We recognise our motivations in a famous composer, Gustav Mahler that says “Tradition is guarding the fire, not worshiping the ashes”.
This sentence states clearly our mission. We want to continue the work of our grandparents but with all the modern requirements.
We want to produce good but also healthy food, made with raw materials grown without chemicals. To go back and eat well in order to feel good.
We produce preserved tomatoes, pickles in oil and vinegar, vegan creams and compotes.
Our fans are pleased to note the short list of our ingredients, a list that does not include preservatives, dyes and thickeners.
The flavours of our products are truly authentic.
