Casa di Monte Farm, located in the heart of Chianti, in Montespertoli, is a family-run business with a history spanning five generations. Covering a total area of 80 hectares, the farm is still managed today by the Simoncini family, who have maintained a deep connection with the land and its traditions.

The hilly terrain, situated between 200 and 350 meters above sea level, is particularly suited for the cultivation of vineyards and olive groves. The farm boasts around 40 hectares of vineyards spread across the municipalities of Montespertoli and San Casciano in Val di Pesa, where the typical Chianti varieties, such as Sangiovese, Colorino, and 
 international vines such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardannay, Viogner, Merlot  are grown. In recent years, the farm has made significant investments in renewing the vineyards and improving the company’s facilities, with a special focus on upgrading the winery. The adoption of advanced technologies in winemaking and aging processes has allowed for an even higher quality of wines, while still preserving the deep-rooted traditions that have always defined the farm.

The company philosophy is based on a balance between tradition and innovation, aiming to produce wines with character that are both genuine and typical, reflecting the terroir in which they are produced.

In addition to the vineyards, the farm is also dedicated to olive cultivation, covering approximately seven hectares. Around two thousand trees of the Frantoio and Moraiolo varieties produce top-quality extra virgin olive oil. The olives are handpicked at the right stage of ripeness to preserve their aromas and flavors. The olives are processed within the same day of harvest, using a cold-pressing method that maintains the best organoleptic properties. The "Laudemio" extra virgin olive oil is the farm’s flagship product, symbolizing quality and attention to detail.
