The idea of founding the Carmasciando cheese farm was born from the dream of Angelo Nudo who sought to recreate a virtuous cycle in the world of cheeses.
Everything it does is animated by the following three values: territory - animal- man.
With these ingredients added value to lactic bases is generated, through improvisation and according to refinements that ascribe sensory experiences to our story. Carmasciando's first steps were slow and were all dedicated to making the company a reality. Our energy has been devoted to selecting the best pastures, top quality milk and the best raw materials. Our cheeses have been created recalling the advice of the old dairymen and their ancient knowledge, freed from the burden of bad habits that inevitably accompany the perpetuation of this tradition. From these few concepts the company's culture of quality has been created.
