Company Profile
Serrocroce is a farm brewery founded in Monteverde, Irpinia, where the land and its traditions are at the heart of every beer. The brand’s philosophy is clear and profound: “Mountain Farm Beer”, reflecting an authentic connection to the territory, the seasons, and the agricultural roots that give life to each product.
What makes Serrocroce unique is its integrated agricultural supply chain approach: it does not simply brew beer, but grows its own cereals, hops, and raw materials on the farm. From seed in the field to the glass, every step is guided by quality, authenticity, and respect for nature.
Founded in 2012 as an evolution of the family’s agricultural business, Serrocroce has grown into a benchmark for Italian craft beer rooted in the territory, producing beers that truly “taste of the land” and fully express the character of Irpinia.
The brewery combines tradition and sustainability: its beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized, and bottle-conditioned, preserving the natural flavors to the fullest. A strong focus on eco-sustainability and short supply chains is a priority, with over 30 hectares of fields cultivated to produce top-quality raw materials.
This commitment has earned national recognition and awards, including medals at the Best Italian Beer competition and the Slow Food National Award for Agricultural Supply Chains, confirming Serrocroce as one of Italy’s most respected breweries for quality and sustainability.
The beers in the Serrocroce line — including Chiara, Ambrata, Granum, Luppolata, La Fresca, and Monteverde — offer a unique sensory experience, the result of artisanal mastery and the authentic character of the Irpinian territory.
