Birra Follina is located in the 'Alta Marca Trevigiana', whose hills are UNESCO Heritage since 2019; this area is well known for its beautiful landscapes, its small and precious historical villages and its eno-gastronomic itineraries. Birra Follina is first and foremost a family, which over time has been able to expand to include friends and colleagues united by the desire to create quality through unique craft beers. We produce top-fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurised beers. A passion for the world of craft beer, years of extensive experience in winemaking and secondary in-bottle fermentation, and twenty years of studying brewing techniques and technology throughout Europe: these were the premises for the start of our adventure. The name comes from the ancient village of Follina, set in the foothills of Treviso, where our microbrewery is located. It is the spring of the Follina, one of the shortest watercourses in Italy, that gives us the extremely pure water that provides the foundation for our beer production.
