Bella Lodi is the aged black-rind cheese from the great Lodi cheese-making tradition dating back to the Middle Ages.
It is produced by a single ancient dairy that is more than 100 years old, in a municipality in the protected reserve of the Adda Sud Park.
he milk used to produce this excellence is milked every day, fresh and noble, directly from the nearest cowshed, less than an hour from the dairy.
The selection of milk enzymes gives it a unique, unmistakable taste, a white colour, an intense aroma, a full flavour but never spicy nor too salty.
