If we wanted to start a year to tell our story it would be 1993, with the processing and packaging laboratory of legumes, dried fruit, and flour in Tito di Potenza. But the strong bond between us, the Crisci family, and good Italian cuisine goes even further back in time, until 1928 when the first wholesale of foodstuffs was born in Potenza, one of the largest in southern Italy and for years a reference for the whole South. Then there was the Caffè Fratelli Crisci and Ilpa. Pasta Alica arrived later, in 1999. Today Pasta Alica is an artisanal pasta drawn through bronze and at a low temperature to keep intact all the nutritional values and healthy proteins of the best 100% Italian durum wheat and is the favorite of many chefs, families, and lovers of gourmet gastronomy because of its very high quality.
