Agrimò, the Artisans of Salento
An agricultural company, a large family devoted to craftsmanship and love of our land. In the heart of Salento, in a land rich in sun and traditions, we grow local grains to make flours, bread, pasta and other baked products that combine special flavors and naturalness.
Ancient craftsmanship
Rich in flavor and tradition, our products preserve the finest raw materials and the most traditional cultivations and processes.
They are created according to local knowledge and traditions, with ancient grains, mother yeast and without the addition of any chemical product.
Stone grinding.
Our stone mill grinds purely and with the natural slowness that keeps the "germ" intact and thus preserves all the nutritional elements of the grain.
The final product is a flour rich in fibre, vitamins and mineral salts but low in carbohydrates, with a unique flavor and high digestibility.
Sustainability and traceability
always at the center.
We have put in place procedures on crop rotations, the absence of chemicals, recyclable packaging and we are always looking for green solutions.
We produce 90% of the semolina internally while we purchase the remaining 10% from local companies, guaranteeing full traceability of the entire process.

We work every day for the growth and protection of our territory, putting the sustainable use of its biodiversity at the center. We want to fuel the synergy between local farms, giving new life to uncultivated and abandoned land.
