We are in Ruffano, in the heart of Salento, and since 2011 relying on the experience and knowledge of the work carried out by three generations, we have been producing products of the highest quality with a short and closed supply chain obtained from raw materials coming exclusively from the Salento fields of the company or other local realities . We only use semolina and flour ground in our stone mill and we work, with the application of the most recent technologies, but based on traditional processing methods.
