Since 1891 Aceto Balsamico del Duca has been dedicated to the production and promotion of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (IGP) and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (DOP). A tradition that has been handed down for five generations, closely linked to the territory, which guarantees a unique product. The carefully selected cooked grape must and the high-quality wine vinegar are aged in old and precious wooden barrels.
The company was founded in 1891, when Adriano Grosoli opened the "Premiata Salumeria", a delicatessen, registering his business with the Modena Chamber of Commerce.
In 2021, the company celebrates its 130th anniversary and, thanks to its loyalty to tradition and openness to new qualitative challenges, continues to offer a Balsamic Vinegar of Modena "at the top of flavour".
