Acetaia Castelli is a family company based at the border between Modena and Reggio Emilia with a four-generation tradition specialized in the manufacture and supply of Balsamic Vinegar, Balsamic Condiments and related products, such as Gourmet Creams and Lambrusco wine. Our strategy is From farm to fork: we grow our own vineyards and we have total control of supply chain. This gives us the possibility to be flexible and care to customer's requests.
