From the values and the history of the historic Restaurant Tre Marie, in L’Aquila blooms company Ramo di Mandorlo.
Our company is born in Abruzzo, under the Italian sun, curated by women hands. We are guided by the love for the land products, for simple but good food. The value of prime products with the highest quality is what inspires us, so that our products can accompany you in the discovery of ancient flavors given by wholesome food, produced and transformed like in the past.
We begin farming our high-quality Chickpeas, Lentils, D.O.P. L’Aquila Saffron, and Senatore Cappelli Wheat. Then, we transform our products into Chickpeas Pasta, Lentils Pasta and into what makes us proud the most: our pastries, sweet but not too sweet, the Lenticchielle, made with lentils flour.
Our goal as Ramo di Mandorlo is to bring to you artisanal agri-food, starting from high-quality prime products and with the ambition to conjugate innovation with the Italian and Abruzzo cuisine tradition.
